There is a way to download the updates to a local server and use them. In there you have the option of triggering an update. If you want to do it manually, you can log in to the machine and go to File menu > Account command > Office Updates button. Using System Center that pulls its updates from the Microsoft Content Network. Downloading the updates is supposed to be automatic.
